What type of Internet connection is required?
We highly recomend using a Private AiTech provided date connection. However, Cable or DSL can be used for smaller offices or remote users.
What type of equipment do I need?
AiTech partners with equipment manufactures who are focused on ensuring the highest quality experience. We install a small Edgewater Networks Quality of Service (QoS) router with Polycom IP phones.
Who provides the equipment?
AiTech provides the equipment to optimize your service. We test and certify all equipment that will provide the highest call quality.
Can I use any IP phone I want?
AiTech supports equipment that has been certified in-house by engineers. AiTech only supports equipment purchased from AiTech. In many cases, AiTech can certify existing equipment that customers have in production from another service provider.
Will my phone calls sound good?
AiTech has partnered with the very best equipment and network vendors to ensure the best possible call quality experience. All of our new installs utilize equipment which supports HD Call quality. Also, because calls can also be impacted by your local network, AiTech proactively monitors service from inside your network as well as between your network and ours on a real-time basis.
How long does it take to get AiTech Hosted PBX Service?
On average, it take approximately 4 weeks from the time you order the service to installation and training. Timing varies depending upon whether you are moving existing phone numbers from another voice service provider or are being issued brand new phone numbers. We use a strategic implementation plan that includes the assignment of a Project Manager as well as a Field Technician to every installation to help ensure a smooth transition.

Do I still use my current phone system?
